Wall mount installation will come with a cleat to hang flush and secure on your wall at desired height. In my opinion, Wall hung is the best option as you can hang at any height that suits your bed and it will not move with the bed. A Headboard is more a piece of Art than a functional piece of furniture and I believe it best to be separated.

Attach to frame- comes with legs, customer is responsible for drilling holes and hardware to attach to base
Sometimes rental situations disable us from hanging on the wall so I do offer the legs option. My suggestion would be to let it be free standing and rest on the wall not mounted to the base.
