Refund policy

Jackie K & Co is a made to order small business that values its customers greatly. As an overall custom business the general rule is no refunds however if there is a problem I want to fix it. Customers satisfaction with their purchase is very important to me and I will do my best to offer solutions. After 10 years in business there have been .2% of orders that can not be resolved and in the case a return/refund is granted it will need to be done so within 7 days of delivery and will have a 50% restocking fee to offset the storage/stocking inventory and shipping expenses.
